For your convenience we have put together a list of the most frequently asked storage questions, if you require more specific storage information you can make an on-line enquiry or contact us directly for a quick response to your questions.

  • What is the cost of storage?
    Storage costs vary on the amount of space that is required. Visit Our “What Sized Unit do I need” link at the top of the page this will give you an approximate cost of storing in our facility. These figures are intended as a guide only, but over years of experience it is true to say that most people have on average the same types of articles in their homes for any given size. For a more detailed quote please contact our staff.
  • Do you have any current special offers or promotions?
    Yes. Here at Clearbrook Storage we are continually striving to make our storage as affordable as possible. Please ask our staff for our current offer! Check back about monthly incentives.
  • How do I pay for my storage account?
    Our storage fees are paid monthly in advance and may be paid in a variety of convenient ways from cash over the counter to credit cards over the phone. If you require storage for more than one month (which is our minimum term).
  • What are your operating hours and when can I access my goods?
    Our facility is open: 9:00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, Thursday 10:00 – 4:00, Saturday by appointment, and closed on Sunday. Generally access is between these hours, however we do offer 24 hours a day access. Please ask our staff for details.
  • Are my goods safe with Clearbrook Storage?
    Yes. Probably more secure than at your own home. Your goods are stored in self contained units of metal construction, to which you hold the key and have 24 hour 7 day a week video surveillance.
  • Should I purchase insurance?
    If your valuable goods are insured at home, you would more than likely wish to have them insured while they are in storage. We will be glad to refer you to insurance provider. Please ask our staff for further details.
  • Do I need to reserve a unit?
    As there is quite a high demand for our services, it is advisable that once you have decided to entrust your goods to us that you secure your unit with a deposit. This will ensure that your chosen space is ready and available when you are ready to transport your possessions into storage.
  • Are my goods safe from pests?
    Our facilities are regularly inspected and sprayed for pests and infestation by a very reputable pest control company. All units are cleaned and air freshened when they are vacated to ensure that you are leasing a clean, safe environment for your valuable goods.
  • Is there anything that I may not store?
    We request that you do not store any flammable, corrosive or perishable items in your unit. Items such as lawn mowers and motor bikes should be drained of all fuel before being placed into storage.
  • Does Clearbrook Storage have availability for vehicle storage?
    Yes we do. Our facility has space available for car storage with 24 hour 7 day a week access. Our staff can help you with current availability.
  • Is it a simple process to end our agreement?
    Yes. All we require is 5 days written notice. We will provide our move out form.
  • Can you accept deliveries on my behalf?

Clearbrook Storage LLC Policies

Clearbrook Storage is a community. We want our facility to be safe and secure for all our clients. We have developed our policies with this in mind to ensure our storage environment will be a place where you will feel comfortable storing your valuable possessions.

  • NO smoking or alcoholic beverages on storage facility property.
  • The following items may not be stored at the storage facility:
    Any living thing
    Flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
    Stolen items
    Hazardous waste material of any kind
    An item deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility
    Used tires
    Drugs or Drug paraphernalia
    Hazardous items of any kind
    Items that produce odor of any kind
    Any item which detrimentally affects others tenants or the facility
  • Our storage facility is designed for storage only. The following uses are not allowed:
    Playing of any type of musical instruments
    Garage sales, auctions, flea markets sales or other public sales
    Working in the unit, this includes working on cars, motorcycles, etc.
    Any illegal use of any kind
    Any use deemed inappropriate by the manager or staff of the facility.
  • Store at your own risk guns, money, securities, jewelry, furs, paintings and other high-high risk valuables.
